These terms govern the Extinguished channels (Extinguished Voices and Extinguished Places) and the companion blog at blog.codewarrior.vip, operated by CodeWarrior, LLC. They are separate from the CodeWarrior consulting terms. By using this site or our content you agree to these terms.

01 · The content

Extinguished produces and publishes original short documentary videos about historical events and historic places, with companion articles. The publishing software is a first-party tool we use to assemble and publish our own content to our own accounts. It is not a product offered to the public and does not act on behalf of any third-party account.

02 · Intellectual property

Original work: narration, scripts, music, sound design, visual recreations, editing, and articles are created and owned by CodeWarrior, LLC.
Archival imagery: historical photographs are used only when public domain or under a Creative Commons license, with author and license attributed.
AI visuals: some scenes are AI-generated recreations of historical events, clearly disclosed and labeled per platform.
Do not republish or redistribute our original content without permission, except normal platform sharing/embedding and fair-use commentary.

03 · Accuracy & educational purpose

Content is produced for educational and historical-interest purposes. We research each subject and flag popular myths where they differ from the documented record, but history is contested and sources vary; content is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy.

04 · Third-party platforms

Videos are distributed through YouTube and TikTok; your interactions there are governed by their terms and privacy policies. Our API usage complies with the TikTok Developer Terms and the YouTube API Services Terms.

05 · Disclaimers & liability

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeWarrior, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

06 · Changes & governing law

These terms may be updated; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. They are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
