This page explains what information CodeWarrior, LLC (referred to here as "CodeWarrior," "we," or "I") collects when you use the contact form on this website, how that information is used, who it's shared with, how long it's kept, and what rights you have over it. Plain English where possible.
01 Who This Applies To
This policy applies to anyone visiting codewarrior.vip and any subdomains operated by CodeWarrior, LLC. It does not apply to systems built for client organizations on their own infrastructure — those are governed by the client's own privacy practices and the contract scope of the relevant engagement.
02 What Information Is Collected
The only information actively collected through this website is what you choose to submit via the contact form ("Request for Service" / RFS). That includes:
- Name — required, to address you in any reply.
- Email address — required, so I can respond.
- Phone number — optional.
- Organization name — optional.
- Sector, service needed, engagement type — required, so the response is properly scoped.
- Mission brief — required, the message describing what you need.
- Automatically generated RFS ID — for internal reference only.
No automatic tracking, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers are loaded by this website. If you don't submit the contact form, no information about you is collected by CodeWarrior.
03 Hosting and Edge Provider
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and routed through the Cloudflare network. As a normal part of serving any website, Cloudflare may collect technical metadata about visits (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) for security, fraud prevention, and abuse-mitigation purposes, governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. CodeWarrior does not aggregate, analyze, or otherwise use this network-level data.
04 How Contact Form Submissions Are Processed
Contact form submissions are delivered to my inbox via a third-party form-relay service that forwards the contents of your submission as an email. The contents are not stored, logged, or analyzed by the relay beyond the act of delivery. Once delivered, your submission lives in my email system (Google Workspace) and is treated like any other business email.
05 How the Information Is Used
The information you submit is used only to:
- Respond to your inquiry directly.
- Scope and quote any engagement you ask me to consider.
- Maintain a record of communications if we work together.
It is not used for newsletter signups (none exist), marketing automation (none exists), retargeting ads (none exist), or sale to any third party (never).
06 Who It's Shared With
Your submission is shared with the form-relay service strictly for the technical purpose of delivering the email to me. It is not shared with any other third party — no marketing platforms, no analytics tools, no data brokers, no AI training services.
If you become a client and we begin an engagement, communications related to that engagement may be shared with collaborators if and only if that's required to deliver the work, and only with your prior agreement.
07 Retention
Submitted information is retained in my email system for as long as it remains relevant to an active or potential engagement. Inquiries that don't lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes, then deleted on request or as part of routine archive cleanup. If you'd like your submission deleted sooner, just ask.
08 Cookies and Tracking
This site does not set cookies and does not use any client-side tracking, analytics, or advertising technology. There is no consent banner because there is nothing requiring consent.
09 Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS), and form submissions are transmitted in encrypted form. Email is the most common attack surface for any small business, so I treat inbox security accordingly — multi-factor authentication, password hygiene, and routine review. No system is perfect; if you have reason to suspect a compromise, please notify me directly.
10 Your Rights
Regardless of jurisdiction, you can ask me at any time to:
- See what information I have associated with you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate.
- Delete the information entirely.
- Stop processing the information for any of the purposes above.
Email [email protected] with the request and it will be honored within 30 days. No fee, no friction, no portal to navigate.
11 Children
This site is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information through the form, contact me and it will be removed.
12 Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the change. Substantive changes will be noted in this section with a brief description.
